Climate Change Agreements extended to 2030

Following a recent government consultation, it has been confirmed that Climate Change Agreements (CCAs) will continue through to 2030. This is great news for all of the sectors that have a CCA and especially protected horticulture which represents a significant part of our client base.

There will, of course, be some ‘devil in the detail’ but a notable point for us is the ability for sites (often recently built) that are not currently in a CCA to be able to apply to join the scheme from 01 May 2025.

CCAs are managed by your sector Trade Associations so keep an eye out for more detail from them in due course.
